School Profile Takamado Art High School opened in April 2021, inheriting the history and traditions of Nara Prefectural Takamado Senior High School, which had been Nara's leading art school for 40 years since its establishent. The school has three art departments—music, fine arts, and design—and a general department where students can pursue their own career paths. The students in each department delve into their classes and school events as they chase their dreams in an environment of friendly competition.
